Terms of Use

Effective date: May 19, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CIOQuest platform and all related services ("the Platform"), operated by SignalCraft Ventures LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CIOQuest provides a structured FinOps maturity diagnostic and related informational outputs. The Platform is designed to help technology and finance leaders assess their current FinOps practices, interpret capability gaps, and identify priority areas for improvement.

The Platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or professional consulting advice. All outputs are informational and analytical in nature.

3. AI-Enabled Output Disclosure

Portions of the diagnostic output — including narrative summaries, gap commentary, and quick-win recommendations — are generated with the assistance of AI language models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for independently evaluating all outputs before making operational or financial decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

CIOQuest does not guarantee any specific outcome, cost saving, efficiency gain, or business result from use of the Platform. Illustrative figures and benchmarks referenced on the Platform are based on aggregated industry data and are not projections of your individual results.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for your own internal business assessment purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform outputs or reports without written permission from SignalCraft Ventures LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

CIOQuest™ and CIOQ™ are trademarks of SignalCraft Ventures LLC. All platform content, methodology, and design are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use CIOQuest trademarks or proprietary methodology outside of normal Platform use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SignalCraft Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its outputs.

8. Modifications

SignalCraft Ventures LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction agreed upon in writing between the parties.
